ROASTED CHICKEN

Ingredients

½ Chicken
2 Onion
1 stalk Ginger
3 Garlic Cloves
10ml water
Blackpepper
1 teaspoon Chicken stock
Dried herbs

Cooking Method

  1. Gather garlic, onion, water and ginger into the Samu Giken Multifunctional Blender, blend until you get a thick mixture.
  2. Place the chicken into a big bowl and pour the thick mixture on the chicken and add blackpepper, chicken stock and dried herbs to mix well with the chicken.
  3. Preheat the Samu Giken Analog Air Fryer at 190C for 5 minutes.
  4. Once its hot enough, place the chicken into the Samu Giken Analog Air Fryer and start to roast for another 25 minutes.
