100g pork ribs
2pcs dried squids
4-5 Red dates (cut with scissors)
2nos lotus root (remove skin and sliced)

- Rinse the pork Ribs and blanch meat to remove blood and scums with hot water. After done , transfer to a bowl and set a side.
- Insert the water and pork rib into smart blender jug, select slow cook soup, it will take about 3 minutes to heat up to 100C, then cook for 1 hour long.
- When it start boiling, open up the cover lid and add in the reamining ingredient into the smart blender jug, then continue to boil.
- 1 hour later, the soup is ready to serve now!
